1. Purchase and pre-order process

The purchase is confirmed upon order and payment of the full price, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing (e.g. for dealers). The pre-order is subject to availability and limited slots.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in USD as an international reference. The price does not include shipping, taxes, duties, customs fees, storage, nationalization or import charges in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Domestic and international shipping

The product is manufactured in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and can be shipped across Mexico and to anywhere in the world. Shipping cost is quoted individually based on ZIP code, city, destination country and the selected transport method. The product is delivered in a screen-printed crate with an internal protective frame.

4. International trade

Import duties, tariffs, customs fees, storage, nationalization and any other applicable charges in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for verifying the legality of importing and operating the product in their country or region.

5. Warranty

Each unit is delivered with a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, under the conditions provided with the product. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or normal wear.

6. Returns and cancellations

We keep units in production. Once the order is confirmed, the unit receives its final finishing (engine mounting, paint and testing) and is assigned to the buyer; for that reason the sale is final and not subject to return or refund once confirmed.

So buyers can decide with confidence, each unit keeps its limited one-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects (described in the previous section), and we offer in-person demos and pre-purchase guidance. Any warranty matter is handled under those conditions.
